I have owned the platescrape for about 8 months and loved it. Then sadly, a clip broke on the brush part while I was out of town. My staff never figured it would have a warranty so they tossed it. I wrote to customer service hoping they could see my old order and maybe toss a small discount at me for the purchase of a new one. Turns out Nate the CEO emailed me back within 15 minutes and asked to confirm my shipping address. He sent me a replacement for free even though I had no broken one to send back. Just fantastic service. I am ordering another one for my new restaurant. This thing will keep your dish pit so much drier and really please out plates (pizza and pasta joint) very quickly. I can confirm I am averaging about 30-35% lower water bill over that timeframe. I am an unpaid sales guy for this product. 3 other owners I know have now bought them and love them! Get this product!

I have several Marriott Hotel properties and this has done wonders lowering labor cost along with reducing our water bills. We started using the Platescape and we immediately had a positive reaction from our hardworking dish staff. They really appreciated the ease of use and the time it saved them scrubbing dishes. I would not have a restaurant without a Platescape. We also have large banquets up to 500 guests and I put one of the Platescapes in the service station when the staff brings the plates off the floor and I have the servers put the plates through the Platescape all the debris comes off of the plates which in turn makes the dishwashers job easier. All in all, this is a product that I strongly support in functionality, money savings, ease of use, and sustainability.

We purchased our Platescrape in April 2021 and have already seen our water bill drop 17%! It took a minute for our dishwashers to use it on a daily basis, because it was a new habit that needed to be worked on. But now they won't go a day without it. And when one of the blue plastic holders broke, we were promptly sent replacements (well the first one got lost in transit, but then they sent replacements for that order). So not only are we very satisfied with the Platescrape, the customer service is very pleasant, and prompt and accommodating.

So we have very few dishes but we get slammed on the weekends. Our dish area is set up to be as efficient as possible for the crazy amount of dishes a bakery can create in a short period of time - this is amazing for reducing the amount of filth on plates without having to constantly have your hands in soap water. A push or two through and into the dishwasher for a high-temp wash and sanitize and we're good to go. Compact and efficient - a must-have if you want to save time, soap, and best of all... WATER.
